- How do I create a ZEISS customer account?
The following data is required for registration in the ZEISS online shop:
- first name and surname
- e-mail address
- personal password and security question
- shipping address
- What is my advantage with a ZEISS customer account?
With a ZEISS customer account, you enjoy several advantages at once:
- quick checkout
- order history
- management with your personal the preferred payment method
- administration of shipping and billing addresses
- administration of your own user data (first and last name, password, e-mail address, etc.)
- administration of subscribed ZEISS newsletters
- open product notification overview
- Where can I see my order history?
You can view your order history in your personal customer area. Click on "order history". You will also receive detailed information about the order history by e-mail and, after dispatch, via your tracking code.
- What do I have to do to stop receiving newsletters or other marketing related emails?
In your customer account you can manage whether we will sent you a newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive information from ZEISS, you can cancel the newsletter. Or you can order other marketing related e-mails under "profile settings" in the customer area.
- I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password for the customer area of the ZEISS online shop, you can easily request a new password during the registration process. Click on "Login" and then on "Forgot your password?". Then follow the instructions, which will be sent to you by e-mail.
Please do not share your login data with third parties. Our staff will never ask for your password!
- How can I create a product notification?
If you wish to purchase a ZEISS product which is no longer available or not yet available, you can conveniently create a product notification. As soon as the desired product is available again, you will receive a reminder by e-mail. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. create a personal and free account for the ZEISS online shop
2. navigate to the desired product
3. then click on the e-mail button
4. verify your e-mail address to which the information should be sent
- How do I delete my ZEISS customer account?
If you no longer wish to use your ZEISS customer account, you can request the deletion of your user data via our contact form.
- How to change my account settings
In the customer area, all settings can be adjusted easily. This applies to the payment method as well as delivery and billing addresses and numerous other settings.
- How can I change my personal data including delivery and billing address?
To change your personal data including delivery and billing address click “My account".
- Can existing ZEISS logins be used for the ZEISS online shop?
Not yet. The login to another ZEISS online shop, app or other application you might already have will not work for the shop. However, the registration is very simple, secure and free of charge.
