- Why can't I use my voucher for discounted items?
All voucher codes in the ZEISS online shop generally refer to the non-reduced RRP. Double discounts are therefore unfortunately are excluded.
- What happens to my voucher if I return my online order or a part of it? Will it be cancelled?
The voucher code loses its validity after successful use.
- What should I bear in mind when redeeming a voucher code?
If an error occurs when redeeming the voucher, please check whether a space was accidentally entered before or after the voucher code. Also check if the code was entered correctly if you entered it manually. Some coupon codes are product specific and cannot be applied to all items in the shop.

- How do I redeem my voucher?
A voucher can be redeemed during checkout in the shopping cart. Simply enter the voucher code in the "Enter a promotion code" field and press "Apply". The system then displays whether your coupon code is valid. The discount and the new total price will also be displayed.
- How to request a replacement voucher
Please use our contact form and select "gift certificates and promotions" as the subject. Send us your old voucher code via the field "questions and comments" and explain the facts. After all circumstances have been checked, a replacement voucher will be sent if the user is authorized to do so.
- Can I buy vouchers for a specific amount to use in the ZEISS online shop?
Vouchers for a specific amount are not available at this time in the ZEISS online shop.
